RPI has found a great way to allow both community residents and those who don't live in Hugo to help raise funds to restore the Hugo Union Pacific Railroad Roundhouse. We have registered with "Buy for Charity" and going to their website will allow you to shop online from over 350 stores, with each of your purchases benefiting RPI if you choose us as your cause of choice. Go to the site to browse the stores available. You'll be amazed at what is included. If you're a first time user you will need to select a cause, then find Roundhouse Preservation, Inc. by typing in our name as the Keyword or select us from the Categories under Community Organizations. After that, just click on the site you want to shop from and proceed as you normally would. It's easy and it helps RPI raise additional funds. The link to Buy for Charity is on our Links page. RPI has some great products we're offering for sale to raise funds for match on the grants we've received. Our t-shirt has Roundhouse Preservation, Inc. on the front, with a picture of the roundhouse on the back. Click on the link to the left to view it. Childrens sizes are available in small, medium or large in the colors of tan, light gray and lime green. The cost is $9.00. Adult sizes available are medium, large and extra large in the same colors as the childrens. The cost for an adult t-shirt is $12.00.

Our other offer is a 40-page coloring/activity book created by Board of Director member Dee Ann Blevins. The book not only has great activities for children, but is also educational since it provides some railroad history. While some of the history is specific to Lincoln County, portions of it are general to railroads. Click on the link to the left to see several pages of this fun book for children. The cost is $5.00 each.
